What does “complete” mean on an Inbox card?

Your Inbox contains requests you’ve made to JOY or our healthcare concierges. Once we finalize a recommendation, we’ll notify you via email or phone notification that a message is waiting for you and the status of the card will change to “Completed.” If you have questions, feedback or want to change the scope of your request, feel free to click the “Chat with Us” button within the card.
