What does “complete” mean on an Inbox card?

Your Inbox contains requests you’ve made to JOY or our healthcare concierges. Once we finalize a recommendation, we’ll notify you via email or phone notification that a message is waiting for you and the status of the card will change to “Completed.” You can archive your completed inbox cards at any time.
