If you notice discrepancies in your plan benefits, submit feedback through your profile by selecting “Profile” then tapping “Feedback.” Submit your feedback in the category “Personal data and eligibility issues.” You may also chat with a concierge for assistance. Plans that aren’t part of your employer’s benefits package will not be added to your plan profile, but our concierge will service them to the best of their ability (some carriers are easier to work with than others).
