We’re excited to announce that Lynette Grinter has joined our team as HealthJoy’s Vice President of Marketing. Building a robust marketing team that meets the rapidly accelerating demand for healthcare navigation solutions is a key focus of our next phase of growth, and one Grinter will lead.
“Continually evolving our marketing strategies is essential to building HealthJoy’s brand and achieving even greater levels of success,” said Ryan Ashburn, chief revenue officer. “Lynette brings a depth of experience across all the marketing disciplines and functions we’ll need to position ourselves effectively and build new relationships with employers, brokers, and partners. Ultimately, those relationships are what will help us achieve our mission of making it easier to be healthy and well.”
HealthJoy is a healthcare navigation platform that minimizes healthcare costs and improves outcomes through better benefits engagement, all while reducing the administrative burden for HR teams. As employers balance the remote and hybrid working environment, providing added virtual benefits like behavioral health and telemedicine to their employees is of greater value than ever.
“HealthJoy brings all of those benefits together in one tech platform for employees to easily navigate their healthcare options. At this point in time, benefits are a critical piece of the employee experience, and I'm excited to lead the growth of Marketing by introducing new customers to the HealthJoy platform," Grinter said.
Before joining HealthJoy, Grinter led Marketing from the ground up at several early-stage tech companies. She was Vice President of Marketing at Hologram, a global cellular SaaS platform for Internet of Things (IoT) devices; Truss, a commercial real estate platform, and healthcare navigation platform Zest Health. Grinter held marketing leadership roles at Ticketmaster and Guaranteed Rate. She received an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University.
